Returns Policy
We hope you love your order from The Drip Society. If something is not right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from marks, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, damage or any signs of wear
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without tags.
How To Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you want to return
- Reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within the required return period.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping costs and return postage may not be refunded unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Washing Care
Our T-shirts are made from pure cotton, designed to feel soft, structured and comfortable with everyday wear.
To keep your T-shirt looking its best:
- Wash inside out
- Machine wash cold or at 30°C
- Wash with similar colours
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Air dry naturally
- Do not iron directly on the print
- Iron inside out on low heat if needed
As this is a pure cotton garment, slight natural shrinkage may happen after washing. To help maintain the fit, wash gently and reshape while damp.
